• I came in contact with SCS in 2007 in Vienna, Austria. And I was impresed by the skills to handle a weapon or two effectively, controled and so precise in such a aggressive way. After I came back in 2007 from the Balintawak and CDP training in the Philippines, I was searching for a near source of knowledge, I found it in Frans Stroeven the founder of SCS.
